1-1/2 lbs ground lamb
1 lb peas
1 lb carrots
4 cloves garlic
1/2 lb tiny onions
2 cups vegetable broth
4 tlbs all purpose flour

2 tsp pepper

Steps for Completion
Boil the potatoes, mash, and add butter and half the salt and pepper.
Brown meat in the pot. Drain fat after halfway cooked. Then add the garlic and continue browning.
Add vegetables, broth, and seasonings. Slowly add the flour while stirring to thicken the mixture. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Put meat/vegetable mix in a casserole dish and top with the mashed potatoes. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
